After the Zero Hour – Learning from Post-war Experience for Syria? Heritage Conservation, Archaeology and Urban Planning as International Responsibility.
In dialogue with institutions and experts from Syria the organisers wish to examine European post-war experience
and to find out to what extent this experience can be used as reference material for current tasks of urban and
archaeological heritage conservation in the Near East.
The conference will take place on the occasion of the denkmal 2016 –
Messe Leipzig (9–11 November 2016)
