40th Anniversary of the World Heritage Convention in cooperation with ICOMOS Hungary and the Foundation for Information Society, a full day conference will be organised by Budapest College for Communication and Business in the Campus of the College.
Invited presenters will include, among others, UNESCO Committee of Hungary, ICOMOS Hungary, Directorate for Intangible Heritage, Foundation for Information Society, the 8 Hungarian World Heritage Sites, the Budapest College of Business and Communication and other Hungarian higher education institutions.
The Conference main topics will be The role of UNESCO in our life, The recognition and future of the World Heritage List, World Heritage and tourism: the economic value of World Heritage, The relation of World Heritage to Intangible Heritage, The life of the Hungarian World Heritage Sites, World Heritage education.
