http://unesco.urbanismosevilla.org/unesco/en From September 17th to 19th of 2013, Seville will host the International Meeting on Contemporary Architecture in Historic Cities. Organized by the City Hall of Seville, the event is also supported by the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, the UNESCO World Heritage Centre, the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS) and the Organization of World Heritage Cities (OWHC). In the incomparable venue of the Auditorium of the Captaincy General (Salón de Actos, Capitanía General) in the Plaza de España, international experts from diverse fields will analyze and debate topics related to the incorporation of contemporary architecture into historic urban contexts.
